Only One Glass Of This Syrup Can Help You To Get Rid Of Fats In The Blood

The Recipe

  • Parsley-lemon1 kg / 35 oz of lemons
  • 5-6 stalks of parsley
  • 16 oz of baking soda
  • 3 liters of water

Method of preparation:

Wash the lemons using cold water, and then soak them in warm water in which you have previously put the bag of baking soda. Let the lemons soak for about an hour. Chop the parsley stalks in small pieces and do the same with the lemon’s rind.

Transfer the lemons and parsley into a pot with water. Place the pot on low fire and cook 2 to 3 hours. Strain the mixture once it is done. Put the resulting syrup, which should be around 1, 5 liter, in a clean glass bottle.

Consume one small cup of the syrup every morning on an empty stomach. Do this for 2 weeks straight.

Besides the fact that this remedy decreases fats in the blood, it also provides numerous health benefits.

Today, cholesterol and fats in the blood are often health diseases. Part of it is due to genetic predisposition, and the other part is due to fast lifestyle and numerous unhealthy habits.
